S falls off to sleep after a hard day at kindergarten. He fell out
of his chair while getting up and knocked out one of his front baby
teeth. He was unhappy about how he looked without a tooth, and more
unhappy about not finding the tooth to put under his pillow. His
cousin Emily told him to write the Tooth Fairy a note and she would
understand. S seemed happy with that idea.
